Dear Claude,
I just wanted to write to thank you for such an awesome week.
I wondered how much I would be able to achieve in a week having
never put a pair of ski boots on before. I was amazed that by day
6 we were skiing down Red Runs at a respectable speed. You made
the lessons immense fun and pushed hard to get the desired results.
I have been coached by numerous people at various different
sports over the years and you are right up there with the very best
of them. I would highly recommend you to anyone and I look forward
to seeing you for stage 2 of my lessons in the near future…..

This is a brief e-mail to thank you for your time and attention
during our recent stay in Courchevel.
It was a genuine pleasure meeting you. I thoroughly enjoyed the
lesson that we had - and appreciated the guidance and advice aimed
to help an old man ski a little more effectively and elegantly!
My daughter, Isabel, who at 10 years old is becoming increasingly
difficult to keep up with, very much enjoyed the lessons that we
took together. She gained in confidence across a variety of pistes
and you accelerated her learning considerably. She found the lessons
much more involving and interesting than her experiences in ski-school.
You are an excellent coach and your enthusiasm to teach is immediately
obvious. In addition, you speak wonderful English and at no time
did Isabel have any problem understanding what you were explaining
her to do. Most importantly, it was a real pleasure to ski with
you. We both very much enjoyed your company and would not hesitate
recommending you to anyone either looking to improve their skiing
or for a guide around the mountain.

Usually I am very lucky to meet only the nice people in my live
and you are one of the brightest of them, with incredible personality.

I did not imagine I could ever get off "the plateau" on
my first skiing trip, especially with a small child who has never
seen snow before. After just 3 lessons with you we are now enjoying
the skiing and were able to cope with the blue runs . Thank you
so much for making it all happen.
Nicholas was really impressed by your elegance on gliding on snow.
When we were practicing our new skills on Thursday and Friday he
was trying to copy your jumps in all possible bumps he met on the
slope (and even on the straight lines). It was a real joy for us
of watching his progress. I have no doubt he left Val Thorens with
a real passion for skiing.
We all have benefited a lot from your dedicated approach to teaching
skiing. Your natural talent makes your coaching simple, clear and
extremely effective. Learning with you was a real pleasure.

Thank you so much for an absolutely brilliant week of lessons in
Courchevel. My confidence has grown enormously and thanks to your
persistence and patience I learned a lot more than I could have
hoped for in a week.

Thank you so much for the ski
lessons last week – I feel like I learned a lot and am now
confident on skis.
Your teaching was excellent. You were always clear and explained
everything very well. You made my first ever ski trip very enjoyable
and I will definitely be skiing again.
If I come back to Courchevel and want another lesson, I will definitely
be in touch with you.

It is snowing and very cold in
the UK and I wish I was back in Courcheval and not in my office
designing a new brochure for our company. Although I think you would
prefer it this way as it must be very hard to keep smiling when
you are teaching people like me to ski down a very easy slope.
The two boys had a great time with you and both felt they had learnt
a lot. Alex spent the whole day skiing on Friday and was really
pleased with his progress.
I would like to thank you for giving me my confidence back and for
the first time I actually believe I MIGHT make it down a red run
in relative style. So, I will be back next year.
Which is maybe not what you wanted to hear.

The fun I had on the slopes.
I do find skiing pretty nerve-racking, I've still lots to learn,
but Claude was lovely, he was so patient and had a cracking sense
of humour - perfect. And of course I actually improved my skiing!

This is the second time in my
life I have been skiing, the first time was a disaster and I felt
very upset and totally lost my confidence. But I managed pluck up
the courage and give skiing another go and I am so glad I did. I
found Claude very patient and good fun to have lessons with my skiing
vastly improved as well as my confidence and I achieved eveything
I hoped to and more including the enjoyment you can get from skiing.
I would definitely come back but next time I will booking for the

Two of them had private lessons
with Claude and felt they were the best lessons they have had in
their 10 plus times skiing. they assure me that I had ski lessons

Claude was fantastic. I've always
been at the back of the ski class and yet Claude made us all take
turns. Thanks to Claude I've moved away from Blue runs and have
spent the last day and half just doing reds. His tuition gave me
